Duties and responsibilities:   Answer customers' questions, resolve their complaints, guide them, provide relevant information, and forward unresolved issues to the manager.   Reply to telephone, sms or WhatsApp messages.   Handle cash or MoMo transactions with customers.   Collect payments and issue change, receipts, and tickets while ensuring pricing is correct.   Check materials and supplies and report when stock is low.   Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area.   Provide general support to other staff members by answering their questions and forward their requests to the manager.   Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction....
