Job Ad & Profile Description
Position : SENIOR STUDENT COUNSELOR - Kigali
- Job Description:
- Advise students on universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, and scholarships abroad.
- Assist students in finding the most suitable study options based on their profile, needs, and aspirations.
- Guide students through the application process and forward their applications to universities.
- Provide telephone counseling to leads and invite them to visit the office for in-person consultations.
- Meet with foreign university delegates and represent the company at fairs and events.
- Represent the company at fairs and events, liaising with universities and their representatives.
- Contribute to the development of the client’s branch by offering ideas and improving processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with students and parents.
- Organization and Reliability:
- Organized and structured in work, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
- Motivation:
- Willing to go the extra mile to assist students.
- Computer Skills:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and preferably Excel.
- Proficient in using the Internet to research information about universities and courses.
- Writing Skills:
- Strong writing skills for effective communication with universities and students

- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with 3 to 4 years of experience in similar role
- Good communication skills and should be able to converse well with students and parents
