Position : Country Manager - Kigali
We are looking for a Country Manager to oversee the overall management and strategic direction of E Connect Africa in Rwanda.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the country business strategy aligned with the overall corporate objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and potential risks within the market.
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, partners, and clients.
- Prepare and manage the country budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead and motivate the local team to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a high-performing workforce.
- Ensure efficient operations, compliance with local regulations, and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on country performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.
