• I worked at RW734 Mutunda Project of Anglican Church Supported by Compassion International in Rwanda as a program correspondence Social Worker with the vulnerable children of Mbazi, Simbi and Huye Sectors and my responsibilities are the following: -To evaluate the children’s program vis-à-vis project trough child protection and child development; -Ensure that the children’s letters are written and given to the Field Office -Engage and sensitize the targeted community and organize the parents/children meetings according to the relevant topics. -Visit the children at schools and at home as required; -Psycho-education about different mental disorders; -Children Counseling and school guidance; -equip parents in order to meet spiritual, physical, intellectual and emotional needs of their children; -Teaching the lessons of compassion curriculum; -Advice the family divorced about their reunification; - take photos of the children every two years; -Take care of children’s health in general; -counseling the different vulnerable families; Giving the gifts sent by the sponsor to the children’s families; Doing other activities of child protection; -Give the report to the concerned.

• From 05 July 2022 to date, I work at RW0734 Mutunda, Project of Anglican Church Supported by Compassion International in Rwanda as a Project Director, with the vulnerable children of Mbazi, Simbi and Huye Sectors and my responsibilities are the following: 1. Being a child and youth advocate that promotes their protection 2. Coordinate and follow up the implementation of all curriculum and extra curricula activities and other activities related to curriculum 3. Ensure that every child/youth is known, loved & protected 4. Lead and coordinate other staff and volunteers in their daily work 5. Consolidate all FCP reports 6. Conduct needs assessment, proposal preparation and follow up of the implementation of different interventions 7. Conduct FCP activity evaluation and staff performance 8. Plan, invite and lead FCP staff/ volunteers and caregivers meeting 9. Do and coordinate other FCP staff to enter all necessary and required data (updates) in Connect regarding children and youth, their households and church information 10.
