- Below are the responsibilities I had in ONE ACRE FUND • Classify banking documents and maintain back up files for all One Acre Fund banks. • Bank deposits and checkbook requests • Liaise with account managers to keep signatories and other relevant information updated for all banks for assigned countries. Assist in the booking of transport and accommodation in relation to travel arrangements; • Assist in preparing team meetings, and events, etc.; • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments; take accurate minutes of meetings; • Cover the reception desk when required; provide general support to visitors; • Preparation for annual company audit • Preparation and submission of tax declarations in respect to PAYE, RSSB, NSSF Maternity Leave, Withholding Taxes, VAT, District Taxes, and any other levies that may be imposed to the company. For all countries where One Acre Fund operate ( RW, MW, KE,ZWM, TZ) • Control of all the accounting documents Projects:
