- As a senior credit relationship officer my role is to do a short term planning and ensure that companies comply to policies and procedures and monitor levels of productivity and sales, provide technical assistance to Direct Sales Agent staff and motivate direct reports to accomplish day to day goals. Due to my Background in marketing i was also tasked with ensuring smooth customer relationships and also understanding our different clientele, This has enabled us bridge the gap and also provided a better customer working relation enabling us to settle issues amicably hence bridging the gap that existed.
