• Under diverse pools from entertainment to lifestyle, I generated community based articles to support the young yet unconventional talents across the region. Tracking artistic talents, business enthusiasts, and social impact groups. My role as a writer was to handle technical aspects such as SEO and HTML formatting, as well as creating blogs, articles, videos, and other digital assets. I also worked on creating the company's content strategy, distributing content across various channels, and analyzing its performance. At this point, I finalized news content, accepted and investigated story assignments, attended events, editing copy, verified statements and facts, assembled findings into a stable story, collaborated with editors (team work), conducted interviews to personnel’s under my diverse fields, established and maintained contacts, interviewed sources, witnesses and experts, maintained notes and audio recordings as well as conducting research. I pitched ideas to editors, reported breaking news, and nevertheless, I research assigned stories.

My role as a sales manager was to identify sales goals, create sales plans, forecast quarterly and annual profits, train sales staff, coordinate sales teams functions, analyze sales data, build B2C relationships, allocate areas to sales representatives, train sales staff, create budgets, analyze customer satisfaction reports, manage customer needs as well as the ongoing training of my sales persons. Additionally, I was tasked to analyze market trends and behaviors, coach sales team, conduct market research, ensure supply and demand among others. My role was a success till when I joined a career as an article developer at The New Times | Rwanda.

• The Millennium Fellowship is a semester-long leadership development program for undergraduate students to improve partnership building and community impact skills. As a Campus Director, I was tasked with tracking information on tasks provided by the department heads at MCN, guide students on their social work, train them on inclusion, empathy, and humility as the 21st century social impact workers. Coordinating social events such as communal work engagements in rural areas was one of my best practices as a Campus Director. I coordinated social impact video session recordings and generated reports from the community visited by students and tracked their progress from task to task. It was surely a great leadership opportunity for me as a young African leader.
