Ensuring that the experienced but not yet qualified personnel can attain the title of artisan Fitters through rigorous training and learning before the final tests are conducted. The training l deliver and impart cover all the areas of the mechanical fitting trade that encompass working on but not limited to coupling alignments using DTI, chain and vee belt drive alignments, hydraulics and pneumatic programs, assembly and dismantling of gearboxes,pumps and bearings. It also entails teaching various hand skills and how to use hand tools and power tools efficiently and effectively.
