• As a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Specialist and Database Manager, I am responsible for the collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting of M&E data in accordance with the project’s M&E plan. I evaluate and maintain the functionality of the DHIS2 database, implementing periodic updates and improvements. My role includes training data entry clerks and M&E assistants on the DHIS2 database while supervising their work during campaigns. I prepare data centers for spray campaigns and conduct capacity-building sessions for District Hospital Data Managers on data collection, analysis, and dashboard creation using DHIS2. Additionally, I train Sector Coordinators on using CommCare and ODK mobile data collection software. I assist in monitoring project implementation against targets, support internal data quality assessments, and ensure the integrity of performance data. • As an Assistant System Administrator, I was responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems and hardware to meet client needs, ensuring optimal availability, security, and performance. I established and maintained network connectivity and Internet access while configuring TCP/IP and wireless routers. My role included supporting the implementation and maintenance of training systems, software, and network systems. I managed staff access authentication, updated antivirus protection, and provided technical support and training to clients. I installed, monitored, and optimized production databases to ensure high data availability while planning future storage requirements. I created primary database structures based on application designs and migrated data from legacy systems. Additionally, I enrolled users, controlled database access, and executed backup and recovery plans to prevent data loss.
