- Firstly RICHTECH is a printing house. We offer a lot of different services like printing different types of documents on different types of sizes, Scanning documents, branding and etc. When I started at RICHTECH I didn’t have any idea of how to print and there were a lot of different and big machines. I was given a month to know how to operate those machine, it was very challenging and I was very scared as I was starting a new job and a new environment, I thought I wouldn’t be able to make it but one thing I know about myself is that I’m a fast learner and I don’t stop unless I reach my goal that is why I am proud to say that I was able to learn how to operate the machines in 2 weeks. I won’t deny that there wasn’t challenging times yes they were their but I was able to go through them and learn from them. RICHTECH helped me learn a lot of things and got more experience.

When I started at AA UNI RWANDA as first task I had to learn accounting in order to have knowledge on their software called BUSY which was the software that my marketing was based on. This was very difficult as even in my high school I never knew or learned accounting so it was a totally new thing, it was very difficult but I started learning accounting and I was able to understand the basics and work on the marketing of the software. My experience at AA UNI RWANDA was exciting because I learned a lot of new things and my colleagues were nice and friendly they helped me a lot throughout my journey at the company they were the ones basically training me for all company’s activities.
