- I have started working in 2020 as a sales assistant where I learned different application of marketing strategies. I also learned the value and art of customer relationship. After this role, I went back to school (highschool) because I had taken advantage of the Covid holiday. I then returned to the job market during my second year at university because I had a passion and zeal to explore the market. I joined the communication industry but more of academic training to students about public speaking and debate. I did this for year. As I entered my final year of university, I had to explore my keen interest in marketing specifically digital marketing as a content creator for one of the best startup tech businesses in Rwanda; Umurava. In this role, I created different marketing strategies and worked with the marketing department to run them. I also created different content to engage customers on social media as well as managed the social media platforms for the company and other clients.
Skills
My skills alternate from communication skills especially public speaking to interpersonal communication and relationship management skills. I also have skills of design thinking, and data driven decisions. Again, I have skills in marketing, content creation, and social media management. Additionally, I have computer literacy skills like typing with 60 words per minute, Microsoft Suite, Gmail, and others.
